Overview

Court Marriage is a legal union between a male and a female solemnized under the Special Marriage Act, 1954. It is performed in the presence of a Marriage Officer and three witnesses. No religious ceremony is required.


Eligibility Criteria

  • The groom must be at least 21 years of age.
  • The bride must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Both parties must be of sound mind and unmarried (or legally divorced/widowed).

  • 📌 Age Proof: 10th Marksheet / Birth Certificate.
  • 📌 Address Proof: Rent Agreement / Electricity Bill.

  • 📌 Witnesses: 3 Witnesses with their ID and Address Proofs.
  • 📌 Affidavit: Separate affidavits from both parties.
